• All registrations for endurance events (running, cycling, marathons, and related activities) are strictly non-refundable.
• Once a slot is purchased, the registration is considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• Event registration slots are strictly non-transferable.
• Registrations cannot be reassigned, transferred, or sold to another participant.
  
  

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, participants will be notified via official communication channels (email, website, or social media).
• No refunds will be issued for postponement or rescheduling. Participants will be informed of the revised date and further updates.
• In the rare case of event cancellation, SikderX Sports will announce compensation or alternative solutions at its discretion.
  
  

4. Payment Disputes

• For payment-related issues (e.g., duplicate transactions or payment errors), please contact our support team at sports@sikderx.com within 48 hours of completing your transaction.
• Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolutions will depend on the nature of the issue.
  
  

5. Merchandise Refunds

• Merchandise refunds may be requested within 5–10 working days of receiving the product.
• To initiate a refund, please email sports@sikderx.com with your order details.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
